Exactly what I think – no more, no less

My stay here could have been better. The noise from the nightclub below made it hard to sleep, and the tiny room left little comfort. While the staff were friendly, the lack of cleanliness and small amenities was disappointing. Cold breakfast and weak shower pressure added to the frustration. Not likely to return.

The location is super convenient, right on Granville and close to everything, making it easy to explore. While the noise from the nightclub was frustrating, the friendly staff and clean room made the visit bearable. Just be prepared for the parking fee and noise from the street.

Decent stay with good vibes

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was pretty chill. My room was quiet, didn’t hear much from the nightclub below, which was a relief. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice for meals. A little worn down though, especially the couch—def not the best place to crash. Overall, solid but could use some updates.

We spent 2 nights in a spacious Double Room with Two Double Beds and really loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoying the cozy lounge area with games. There are a bunch of great restaurants nearby, perfect for the family and the ambiance felt welcoming. Just a heads-up, I noticed some small hidden fees when we checked out, but it didn't take away from our enjoyable stay! 😊

Breakfast options nearby were a delight! Hit up Fritz European Fry House for mouth-watering fries and Twisted Fork Bistro for cozy vibes. Plus, the staff here were super friendly and made my stay enjoyable!

Our room felt pokey and dark, not ideal for a four-night stay. The air conditioning was noisy and when it was off, it got stuffy. And I wasn't feeling the plastic glasses instead of real ones!

Family with kids will manage, but expect a few bumps

The staff greeted us genuinely whenever we entered the lobby, which was a comforting start to a long day. Plus, daily maid service kept things tidy for us even when we returned late, allowing us some peace of mind to just unwind after our outings.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what we got it was acceptable.

the bathroom could use some updating , but the location was prime for exploring. the staff were extra friendly and helpful. i loved the comfy bed and the cleanliness of the room. really enjoyed the information about local attractions! 😊

Great location and friendly staff

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore Vancouver easily, and the room was cozy with a fantastic heater. However, the bathroom fan was quite loud and could use some improvement. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I was thrilled with how comfortable my Double Room felt! The bed was like a fluffy cloud, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, the central location made it super easy to wander around and soak in the local vibes!
